In March of 2006, Fran and Kris Koliss opened Paramount Realty Group – The Peak of Real Estate Professionals.

Kris joined her mother Fran in July of 2002 to form the Koliss Team at ReMax Executive Realty in N. Grafton, Massachusetts.

In the fourth quarter of 2005, Fran and Kris decided it was time to bring their business philosophy to a brand new company and one of their own.

Strongly believing in customer service in the Real Estate industry, Fran and Kris created a company with top of the line customer service as their main focus.

As the “Peak of Real Estate Professionals” our clients are our number one priority. Whether buying or selling, we listen to them and come up with the best plan of action.
